Terms of Service

The service

Parable projects profit and ad-spend outcomes from the data you connect. The figures are estimates and decision support, not guarantees; you are responsible for your own business and spending decisions.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to connect the stores and accounts you link, and use the service in compliance with applicable law and the terms of the platforms you connect (Shopify, Meta, Google, and others).

Billing, cancellation and refunds

If you start a paid Parable subscription, the price, currency, billing period, free-trial length and renewal date shown on the hosted billing page apply. The standard Connected Prediction plan is currently US$149 per month and includes a 14-day free trial where offered. Unless you cancel before the date shown by your billing provider, the subscription renews automatically and the provider charges you for the next billing period.

How you subscribed determines who bills you. Subscriptions for Parable installed through the Shopify App Store are billed and managed through Shopify App Pricing and appear on your Shopify invoice. Standalone or other non-App-Store subscriptions may be billed and managed through Stripe. Parable does not use Stripe for charges arising from a Shopify App Store installation.

You may cancel at any time using the billing controls made available by Shopify or Stripe, or by contacting support@parableppm.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your billing provider will show when cancellation takes effect and whether access continues until then. Uninstalling the Shopify app ends access to Shopify-connected features, and Shopify handles cancellation of the associated app subscription.

Except where required by law, charges are not automatically refunded or prorated for a partly used billing period. We may issue a refund or credit for a duplicate or incorrect charge or a material service failure. Any approved refund or credit will be processed through the same provider that processed the original charge. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parable, a sole trader registered in Western Australia, Australia (ABN 66 890 208 665)is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions made using the service’s estimates.

Termination

You may stop using the service and uninstall at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
